Dan Perjovschi Do we have a title ?

Dan Perjovschi creates daily drawings, charged with dark humour and somewhat related to press cartoons. As an alert chronicler of contemporary society, he is interested in his immediate environment as much as in local and international current events, with a particular focus on political and social issues. His compositions of drawings are inspired by the media, but also by what happens around him. In a first stage, he uses small sketchbooks. After making a selection, he reproduces them as felt-tip drawings directly on the walls of the exhibition space. The architectural framework is thus transformed into a temporary "fresco". Beside his exhibitions, Dan Perjovschi creates books - usually facsimiles of his sketchbooks. He also develops his social commitment within the cultural and political magazine Revista 22, in Bucarest. The entry walls of attitudes will host his drawings for a period of approximately 4 months. A book will be published at the beginning of next year to commemorate Dan Perjovschi's passing through Geneva.
